Oct 19, 2007 Draft. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of Apollo yeast and a light touch of phenol. The flavor is sweet with stronger notes of phenol as well as the Apollo yeast - is this a yeast flaw? something is wrong.

Oct 12, 2007 (On tap) Clear, golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving a discreet lacework. Lightly sweetish, malty nose. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel and a fairly solid maltbase. Dry, hoppy finish. Fairly decent. 121007

Oct 10, 2007 From tap at the brewpub. Pours golden orange with a chalkwhite head with medium bobbles, lasting. Mild hoppy and cornish/cereal aroma. Slight diacetyl flavour, followed by a mild cornish yet somewhat dry malt flavour. The butterish note unfortunately lasts all the way through to the finish. Not much bitterness in the finish, but a slight citric note and rather soft malty....I couldn’t finish it :(
