Draught at Sct. Clemens brewpub, Århus
Hazy amber color, with their classic creamy head. It has a light aroma of bread, malt, hop. Medium body, with a wrong mix of flavors, sugar, harsh bitterness, almost a trace of liquorice. Nah.

On tap at Sct. Clemens. A hazy, orange-golden beer with a moderate off-white to beige head. Malty-sweet, quite hoppy nose with good balance. Quite hoppy flavor too, with caramel, and a touch of butterscotch. Medium to full body. The finish is citrusy, fruity and flowery with moderate bitterness. The beer is a bit sweet maybe, but quite nice and easy to drink. (080517)

Draught. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are sugary sweet, caramel, malt with a sweet bitter finish.

On tap @ Apollo, Copenhagen. Filmy tanned head. Slight unclear brownish red color. Modest aroma of sharpish hops and caramel/toffee. Prominent bitterness in the flavor. Medium sweet, malty, light caramellish taste. Some fruity acidity. Light to medium body. Lingering bitterness in the finish.

@ Sct. Clemens in Aarhus - Off white head on slightly hazy amber body, lots of sparkle; Not a lot of aroma, but balanced sweet and fresh; Quite apparent body, but a litttle messy; Bitter sweet finish, malty bitter aromas.

Draught at the brewery.Nut brown colour with medium head.Aroma of caramel and hops sweet mouth feels and a mild finish.

Draught @ Bryggeriet Herning, 7400 Herning, Denmark. Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to light moderate malty, caramel, sweet, moderate hoppy, lowers, citrus, some sugar sweetnes sweet - fruity accents - probably the palm sugars. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. (140308)

Draugith. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Hazy dark red brown body. Fruity caramel aroma, mild and sweet. Pretty spicy caramel hops flavor with low carbonation and a long bitter aftertaste.

Hazy copper beer with a creamy white head. Malt is very strong in the aroma, with some grassy hops. Sweet malty flavour with a lot of hoppy bitterness. A light sugar sweetness shows up halfway, and it finishes with a lingering rich (munich) malt.

Tap @ Apollo, Cph. Pours a pretty, clear nut-brown amber with a medium creamy yellow-white head. Aroma is quite sweet and malty. Light caramel and weakly herbal. Fine mouthfeel, rather creamy. Mild flavour, kinda sweet with caramel in the beginning. Then a touch of hops and a sugary herbal touch (probably the palm leaves). Okay beer.
