Danish: Øltypen er en martzen stil. Øllet har en gylden farve og en sødlig frugtig duft der minder om jordbær, fersken og marcipan. Øllet starter med en sødlig tone og afsluttes af en tør bitterhed.

On tap at A Hereford Beefstouw, Aarhus. Brewed by Bryggeriet Sct. Clemens across the square - I assume they use the same recipe as Apollo. The waiter (who apparently knew absolutely nothing about beer, and only wanted to sell us red wine) said "it’s just a pilsener" - but as the colour matched the Oktoberfest, which was "beer of the month" at Sct. Clemens, I am pretty sure that’s what it was. Amber colour, slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Toffee and some caramel in the aroma, hints of butterscotch. Malty flavour with some caramel and butterscotch, low bitterness.
