On tap at the brewpub, Copenhagen. Pours clear, rich gold with a big, white foam head. Nose holds a bit of toasty cereal, nice biscuits, and dry, floral grass. Light to medium sweet flavor with good, toasty bread and biscuits, light dank floral notes, some light, dry grassy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Good mouthfeel. Lightly drying on the finish, with some dirty grass bitters, toasty cereal, toasty sugars and very light grains. A very respectable pils.

Draught @ the brewery. Pours golden with a white head. Lots of bubbles. Piseners should be clean and this isn’t. The maltiness is kind of nice and haylike but the taste ends with a strange and messy bitterness.

Pours a clear pale yellow color with a white head. Nose is of pale malt, a bit of bread, and some yeast. A light floral note with some straw. A touch of cracker malt and mild apple esters. The flavor is mildly sweet with some cracker and bready malt. Light apple esters, some yeast, mild hops, and a very mild bitterness.

Failrly generic pilsner, quite quenching, but certainly not worth the ridiculous price charged.

This is as good Pilsner as it gets. Why light Beers do not get ratings at this forum, I dont know. Good handcraft; delicate aroma, smooth to the palate, a bitternes that is both subtle and apparent, and it takes me back to Plzen, where Ive had Urquell and Gambrinus amongst others. If this beer dont get ratings, it must be because one dont like pilsner. On addition, a very nice brewer who gave me the recipe. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at the Brewpub. Bright deep golden color. Aromas of honeyish malt and earthy-herbal hops. Malty, bready and honeyish taste with medium bitterness, restrained herbal hoppiness and hint of metal. Medium body. Average ’classic’ type lager.

[5/9/12] Draught sample at the brewpub in Copenhagen. Clear golden. Grainy aroma with some diacetyl, hay notes and a bit of hops. Sweetish grainy flavor with some butter and a bitter finish. Light-medium-bodied.

On tap at the brewpub. Soft, cereals, mild bitterness. Unlikely to offend, unlikely to excite anyone.

Not a bad little pils. A mild presence of hop, bread and malt. A tiny bit of corn taste which I don’t like, but it was decent.
