2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is buttery, quite thick buttery. Flavour is soft and mellow malty again with a clear buttery note. Slight fruity note before a rather short finish. Strangely the beer isn’t offensive nor bad despite the dominant buttery notes. Mideocre brew with a deduction in overall due to the dominant buttery notes.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap@ the brewpub. Dense lasting mediumsized white head. Slight unclear golden/yellow body. Aromatic; cream-caramel and toffee with scents of dark dried friuts. Malts and caramel in the flavor. Nicely hopped with some fruity acidic notes. Medium body. Quite mouthfilling. Lingering bitterness in the finish. A very enjoyable Pilsener.
