Draught at Apollo. Black - brown head. A very strong taste og licorice. High malty, not the wanted power. Light roasted/burned but not enough. A bit like licorice-icecream, but not as good.

Draught, 6.6% as Flakhaven Porter. Very buttery aroma. Black colour. Big stable brown head. Full flavour, quite sweet and with distinct liquorice notes. Very buttery flavour too, but almost hidden by other flavours. Could be a very nice beer without all the butter, must be infected.

UPDATED: FEB 2, 2007 Heavy malty aroma. Small initial apperance. Light brown head color. Vertually none lacing. Dark brown body hue. Moderate bitter initial flavor. Medium palate.

Draught at the brewpub. Dark brown colour allmost black with a nice light brown head. Aroma of liqourice. Light roasted sweet flavour with notes of licourice.

Black color; thin creamy head. Light aroma of caramel and malt, no liquorice. Round mouthfeel, with residual sweetness, some roasted malt and the artificial, sweet, liquorice candy stick. Odd. Why brewing such stuff?

Very near black with no head. Aroma is roasted with tones of liqoirice. Very roasted flavours at first, then turns toward dark chocolate. Quite sweet and quite high carbonated. No bitterness but a good mouthfeel.

Black with a light brown head. Burned toffee, caramel aroma. Dry and only lightly bitter

Black colour with a medium dense brown head. Roasted malty aroma and taste, with some hints of coffee and a clear liqourice note. Dry finish.

Dark, black color. Light brown head, fully lasting. Laqurice in aroma and flavor. Oily palate. A nice porter, pleasent laqurice.

Draught at brewpub. Creamy lightbrown good fully lasting head. Dark-brown colour. Powerfull malty licorice aroma and flavor. Long finish. Oily palate, really a good beer.

On tap at Clemens. Almost black colour with a nice mostly lasting creamy head. Rich aroma and taste of malts and licorice. Medium body and a dry finish.
