De barril. Orange like thin colour, short white like head. Aroma has some frutiy like ruburb with some yeast, sweet. Ok mouthfeel. Flavour has some ruburb with caramel, bit yeast, caramel. Rather simple.

On tap. Pour an opaque amber with an off-white head. Dry, spicy and fruity nose. A little diacetyl whiff as it warms. Medium body, a light underlying fruity sweetness on the fore, then a somewhat dusty sensation and finally a rather astringent bitterness - perhaps also with a contribution from the Oxalic acid? Well, I’m not entirely sure that rhubarb is a suitable ingredient in beer. 090611

Draught at Sct. Clemens, Århus
Cloudy deep blond color; small head. Mild aroma of cispy malts and cereals. The mouthfeel is quite dry, the flavor not rich, just a shade of malt and cereals; correct bitterness; there is no ruhbarb presence, instead there is a mild but evident yeast touch that reminds the homebrews. Simple.

Draught at Sct Clemens. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Soapy notes dominating more than rubard. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Not very good.
