Deep ruby-red, small, frothy off-white head. Bready caramel aroma, ryebread, raspberries. Highish carbonation, good creamy palate. Flavour is grainy sweet, caramel, light toasted, some strawberry. Good grassy and grainy dryness to finish. Fine drink.

Clear medium to dark amber - brown red color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity - berry. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110324]

Tap @ Apollo. Hazy brown/red with medium tan head. Flavour is malt, bitter, caramel, fruit, sweet, dry and hops.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy red brown coloured with a small beige head. Sweet aroma of malts, caramel and liquorice powder. Sweet flavour of malts, caramel, roasted barley and hops. Sweet and hoppy finish.

Unclear copper with a small off-white head. Malt aroma with a hint o winegum. Malty sweet flavour with caramel. Dry finish. Soft mouthfeel.

Draught at Sct. Clemens. Frothy white good mostly deminishng head. Red amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Slightly soapy. Moderate bitter flavor. Chocolate notes. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily palate. It actually grows on you!

Draught. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are roast malt, sweet caramel and notes of fruit and hops.
