250ml on tap at brewpub, 5.9% abv. Near-clear dark amber body, tiny, but stable head. Fine aroma of bacon and citric hops. Smoked taste profile along with fruit-resin ending with a fruit bitter touch. Medium bodied. A likable and rather well make rauchbier containing a nice blend of smoked malts and bittering hops (Copenhagen, 01.11.2011),

thewolf (8621) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUN 9, 2009
Tap @ the brewpub.
Pours a nice, deep amber with a very nice, creamy, beige, staying head. Soft smoked aroma, some bacon, a touch of caramel and a hint of juniper. Highish carbonation, a bit weak and watery palate. Flavour is relatively sweet and sugary, some soft smoke, a bit of caramel. Almost no bitterness. Yet somehow, it fits nicely together.
