Draught @ the brewpub. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Herbal and flowery aroma. Some light spice notes. Is a bit vague. Flavour is sweet and flowery with spicy and herbal notes. Is light to medium bodied. Is light bitter in the end. Apollo yeast not as distinct as in other of their beers.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color. Aroma of sage and fruits, rosemary, peach; also flowery. Quite smooth texture, fresh, flowery, a bit herbal, light note of crispy malt. Weird but pleasant.

Draught at the brewpub. Golden coloured. Bready aroma with notes of flowers. Sweetish and soft cookie malt flavour with soapy notes of roses. Inspired by Tuborg Blå and Hvid?

(On tap) Slightly hazy golden with a dense, white head leaving laces. Somewhat sweet malty, nose. Medium body with extremely sweet malt - and perhaps I do sense the added roses. The finish is very soft without the usual brutal Apollo bittering hops. Actually this unusual beer leaves a somewhat soapy, sweet feel on my palate. 140407

Emil (6070) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 19, 2007
Draught at the brewpub. Yellow colour with a big white head. The aroma is heavy apollo yeast, and I just don´t like that apollo yeast. Spicy, hop. The taste is also of apollo yeast and mint, hops and spices. Medium body with a bitter dry finish.

Draft. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet - at first with notes of brewmash, yeast, and esters, then comes notes of roses and honey. The esters is a draw back, but I like the rose note. The flavor is sweet and again to start off with notes of esters and citrus, but then the roses comes in abundance, leading to a spicy end. The carbonation is very soft. All in all a lovely refreshing and different summer beer. I like the innovation with the rose leaves.
