At Apollo in Copenhagen, Nwe Year Weekend 2010. Golden with a nice head. Yeast and bread aroma, a bit sourish flavor. A boring beer.

On tap. Lightly hazy amber golden with a creamy off-white head leaving laces. Sweetish, malty nose - unfortunately also with quite some diacetyl. Medium body, very sweet malt and caramel yet somehow almost balanced by a fairly distinct and bitter hoppiness. 230111

Tap @ Apollo, Cph.
Pours hazy dark yellow with a big, lovely, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light spicy. Not much power to it, though. Medium carbonation, dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour has a lot of rye, spicy, some rye bread, sweetness, light peppery, dryness and mild citric tartness and some mild buttery notes that both detract. Long, lingering dryness.

Draft.A hazy dark amber beer with a dense, thick off-white head. The aroma has notes of rye, hay, and brewmash. The flavor is sweet with notes of rye, brewmash, minerals, and hay, leading to a very bitter finish where a strong note of minerals lingers.

Pretty special, however the rye-taste is not so obvious.
