UPDATED: MAY 14, 2006 Brewed on 25% wheat malt. A light yellow unclear beer with a good head. The aroma is a very light wheat aroma. The flavor is sweet, with malt softness and a light wheat note. A very drinkable beer - very summer like.

Hazy gold color; creamy head. Nice hop aroma, fresh, citrus fruits. Very good Pils, with quite good malt and hops, a little fresher and more watery than the regular Apollo Pilsner.
