From tap@Apollo, København. One finger of blond head, upon a plain gold colored body with good clarity. Initial aroma of cream-caramel and honey. Then flowers, a soapy scent, actually, and some notes of hebs/spices. Quite sweet malt flavor. Herbs, some bittering hops, and a light fruitiness underneath. Light to medium body. Slick, kind of soapy in the mouth. Dries up towards the finish. Went well down with the herring.

250ml draught at the Apollo brewpub. Clear golden body with a film-type layer on the surface. Malt-fruity aroma. Lighter flavour of buttery caramel and soft fruits. Dry in the mouth. Quite refreshing (Copenhagen, 28.03.2010).

On tap. Clear golden with a white head leaving laces. Sweet aroma of malt but also a perfumy touch - jasmine? - and a whiff of your usual Apollo diacetyl. Medium body, sweetish and again rather perfumy with underlying butter. Fairly hoppy finish. According to the waitor this was made with ginger and coriander. 050310

Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, moderate toffee and butter, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100312]

Tap @ Apollo. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head. Some grain and grass and lots of butter. Dry and grassy flavor. Medium bodied. Ok drinkable

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild citric and vague butterish. Bitter, light citrusy and mild cornish. Light citric and bitter dry finish.Simple.

Draught. High creamy long lastihg white head. Clear yellow body. Malt hay apple pear aroma. Relatively sweet apple pear lemon lime dry flavor with high carbonation a suitable amount of hops bitterness and a long bitter aftertaste.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with grainy and malty notes. Flavour likewise. Finished sweet and had diacetyl.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Malty aroma of hay and caramel with notes of apollo yeast and grass. Malty flavour of hay, grass and hops with notes of caramel. Hoppy finish.

Draft. A golden beer with a dense white head. The aroma has notes of tea, malt, straw, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, minerals, straw, and tea, leading to a bitter hay-like finish.
