On tap. Pours a beautiful deep amber with a dense off-white head leaving laces. Nose is rich with sweet exotic fruit - perhaps a little apricot - and naturally the Apollo house diacetyl (even if it far from spoils the beer here). Medium body, lightly sweet fruit, roasted malt and caramel - almost a Bock character. Some dry hoppiness in the finish although not that bitter. Decent. 050210

Tap @ Apollo, Cph.
Pours unclear amber with a small, staying, frothy, white head. Sweet malty aroma, light yeast, caramel, some slight cardboard notes and lightly toasted. High to medium carbonation, rather weak and watery mouthfeel. Flavour is quite sharp, caramel, some piney hops, light cardboard. Not really that much maltiness to balance anything. Relatively fine, flowery bitter hops finish.
