Draught @ the brewpub: Light yellow coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Yeast, light banana and some spice. Flavour is similar, but the coriander is very evident, mingled with the fruitnotes. Meditum bodied. Is light herbal and has some fruity coriander yeast notes in the end. Pleasant and easy to drink.

Flakhaven Odense, July 2011. Muddy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is mostly muddy yeast, with some decent grainy notes. Sweet grainy flavour with lots of yeast and a hint of citrus

Tap @ Clemens. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, coriander, yeast and hops.

On draught at Apollo, Copenhagen, May 2006. Decent, hazy, hefeweizen appearance. Lemony, with a touch of coriander showing through in the aroma. However, the mouthfeel was a bit of a problem for me. Rather fizzy and carbonic, reminiscent of Alka Seltzer or soda water. That tends to obscure the flavours and detract from the overall impression.

Draught@Købehavnske Øldage. Although it says to a German recipe, the addition of coriander makes its taste like a Belgian witbier. This was soft, with a lightly crteamy mouthfeel, and some really pleasant coriander spice and lemon and also some banana.

Wheaty, slightly spicy aroma. Ckoudy yellow colour, small white head. The coriander is obvious and leaves the beer unbalanced. Could do with some citrus IMO.

Sweet aroma of bananas, coriander and malts.
Sweet flavour of bananas and spices.
Good weissbier.

[Draught at Københavnske Øldage] Cloudy yellow. Interesting aroma of banana and coriander. Sweet, lightly soapy and medium bodied. A pleasant slightly unusual thirst quencher.

Cloudy deep blond color. Strong spicy aroma. Malty taste, spicy, light fruitness. Maybe too bitter.
