Draught. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. DArk yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ Apollo. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass and hops.

On tap. Hazy amber with a dense off-white head. Sweetish, clean and malty nose. Medium body, god clean sweet malts with some flowery hops leaving a fine and balancing bitterness. Rather unsophisticated but very well made. 250111

Hazy medium grey - yellow orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, light yeasty, galvanized pipe notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, old green grass, acrid bitter. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110114]

Pours light hazy dark-golden with a nice, staying, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, green apple and some grassy notes. Medium carbonation, fairly light palate. Flavour is sweet, light sugary, fair maltiness, light dryness with very little bitterness. Light citric as well. Good drinkability with some fair dryness in the finish.

Draught. Clear golden - white head. Medium malty. Toasted. Soft body. Light hoppy. Bread. Freshness. Light caramel notes.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy amber coloured with a medium sized white head. Malty aroma of caramel and hay with notes of hops. Sweet and malty flavour of caramel, hay and hops. Hoppy finish.

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt as well as lighter notes of minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hay, and minerals, leading to a dry and bitter finish where the hay note lingers.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a dense and chalk white head. Aroma is grassy, slight citrusy and light toasted malt. Flavour has a bit of butter impression, not much. Bitter, grassy and light citrusy hoppy. Malty and slight bitter finish. Ends dry and bitter.
