Dark yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Little white head. Fruity aroma with weizen styled banana dominating, spices and weird berries come up also. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is also weizen beerish with same banana and spices in start, caramel also nicely present. Some yeast in aftertaste with some spices still. Pretty much like weiss beer with some Belgian notes for me.

Bottle brown, 330 ml, 11.5 P
Appearance: Pours metalic, natural, crystalized honey mixed with water in colour, very nice dep saturation resulting in vivid effervescence being regular, beer slowly decarbonates. Head is initially small to medium, regularly and slowlydecreasing to small, foamy in texture, gray to white in colour, there is rather no visible lacing.
Aroma: Gentle juicy - grainy notes. First of all carrot, pumpkin, wheat grains, malted barley, pineapple, gentel white grapes, slightly citrusy - hoppy nose, gentle alcohol at the background, honey (but fresh, not crystalized), bread, dough, banana touch.
Flavour: Honey, gentle alcoholic warmth, some intriguing juicy - malty accent, fat wheaty nose, notes of rubber but not disturbing at all, chalk, cardboard, gentle mineral notes and kind of intriguing accidity with harshness resulting in all asringent tongue. Also accents of other cereals like rye, very bready and doughy. Finish feel is quite long with lingering yeastyness, some notes of clove, banana and honey with flowery - sweet oriented nose.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is smooth but saturated, carbonation on palate is moderate to high, finish feel is moderate astringent and clean.

500ml bottle at Reading BF 08. Slight hazy gold, thin beige head. Tastier beast than the standard weisse. But still fairly boring. Some bubblegum, very cereally, but hard cereal. Some decent wheat, but bit metallic. Not much finish.

0,5l bottle @ mums courtesy of KathiK. Very earthy nose with grain, pepper and a bit of bitter orange. Dark yellow slightly hazy in colour, didnt keep its head at all. Very bready in flavour with distinct spelt. Its a bit thin, but definitely the beer of choice for the green-alternative ones!
