UPDATED: JAN 16, 2014 After opening the bottle, the beer was gushing... It smells quite nicely like cloves and banana, comparable to a German wheat beer, but it has a darker color. Taste is bready, with banana and cloves and a tang of metal with a slightly slimy texture. The carbonation is quite fizzy. By the way: the english translation of the text on the bottle which can be seen above is rubbish :-)

Bottle 50cl (from a pack Bayerishes Bierprobe), cloudy copper bier with huge head that goes quickly. Nose is on grain and sweet malt. Aroma is on caramel, grainy and cereal touch, bran, dry feeling, bit vegetable like. Finish is slightly sour with again grain and bran notes, very interesting beer, body is a bit watery.

Bottled. A kind gift from Cuso, many thanks! Overall a tasty brew. Head vanished in no time. Full body. Refreshing. Remnants of yeast in the bottle. Dinkel definitely present. Unfiltered. A nice brew, no wow effect but drinkable occasionally.
