3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
0,5l bottle @ mums courtesy of KathiK. Very earthy nose with grain, pepper and a bit of bitter orange. Dark yellow slightly hazy in colour, didnt keep its head at all. Very bready in flavour with distinct spelt. Its a bit thin, but definitely the beer of choice for the green-alternative ones!

Bottled. A kind gift from Cuso, many thanks! Overall a tasty brew. Head vanished in no time. Full body. Refreshing. Remnants of yeast in the bottle. Dinkel definitely present. Unfiltered. A nice brew, no wow effect but drinkable occasionally.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled, courtesy of Cuso, thanks! Aroma is spicy, very light toffee/cappuccino. Lightly hazy amber colour. White head, shorter duration. Taste is bready, with light hoppy bitterness and light malty sweetness. Lightly yeasty. Truly neutral. Finish is spicy, but not too much. Even though it is kind of thin in terms of flavour, I would say the body remains relatively full. For me, this would be a worthy session beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
It’s unclear warm golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of Dinkel, yeast and fruit. The sweet flavor has pleasant and soft notes of yeast, fruit and dinkel - lovely.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
50cl Bottle from bierkoning, thanks Edo! Hazy golden colour, dense white head. Aroma of grain, raw wheat, light lemony spelt, not very appealing. Flavour is light sweet, juicy, tart wheat, lemony spelt, grain, light earthy yeast, very light grainy bitterness in the finish. Light-bodied, but full mouthfeel. Nice and refreshing beer, half-way between a kellerbier and a weizen.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured half liter bottle into German lager glass. Swirled the sediment ( Naturtrub is German for unfiltered) final pour into glass. Beer is murky, cloudy gold with creamy beige head, with sediment floaters. Head leaves thick skin on glass. Mouthfeel is creamy/oily. This type of keller style takes the lager halfway to a hefeweizen in body. Flavor is smooth and mellow, no bitterness. Very drinkable...

Gold blonde beer, reasonable dense head. Aroma is very fresh, like grass, a bit grains, some llime Taste is smooth, fresh, slightly bitter, nice beer, like a very smooth pilsnrer but finer. Medium body, a bit dry towards the end.
