COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This India Pale Ale is an exciting beer with a floral in aroma and an incredible hop flavor. The maltiness is increased (over a regular pale ale) to help balance the aggressive hop usage. This contributes to the higher alcohol content as well.

Tap at Gettysburg brewpub. Pours clear gold with fizzy white head. Aroma is floral hops, cereal and biscuit malts, citrus fruit, and light toast. Flavor is heavy hop bitterness almost to the point of astringency, light malt and grapefruit esters buried underneath; dry throughout with a lingering bitterness. Medium body and low carbonation.

Nose is caramel malt, bitter hop resonance, light trace of chlorine, bitter orange, grass. Taste comprises oange pith, caramel malt forward, lemon peel, touch of grpaefruit and pine resin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy bitternss in the finale. Ok IPA - drinkable but not earth shattering.

On tap at brew pub near hotel. Darker golden nice white head. Nice aroma pine and malt. Nice body very drinkable. Hops are there but balanced well with the malt. Best part about this is its free because no liquor license yet so 2 free with a meal.

bubbleflubber (1985) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - JUL 4, 2013
Pours from the growler an orange tea hue with a wispy head that fully diminishes. Floral nose. Nice bitters throughout, with tannins and biscuit flour and pale malt accents. Lingering crisp biscuit flour and back-palate bitters to finish. Medium body that drinks smoothly with semi-active carbonation. Decent, yet middle-of-the-road in the complexity department. Nice 4th of July offering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
