COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Quadrupel is a dark creation with garnet hues. It is somewhat dry with low bitterness due to the high level of attenuation. It’s strength exceeds that of it’s Dubbel and Tripel cohorts.

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2011 Pours chestnut brown (garnet when held up to the light), much brighter and somewhat less carbonated than the Montebello Dubbel it was presented with. Aroma is a refreshing wiff of rain water and slight raisin/prune. Flavor is boozy, raisin, restrained phenolic. Tasty - the best Belgian I’ve had here, but honestly, I still believe they are all in the phenolic category.

Draft 23-Apr-2012 in Collegeville. Poured ruby blackish with minimal head. Nose was funky yeasty malt, vinous fruit, some brown sugary and spicy notes. Tasted candi sugary and fruity, with yeasty, vinous, and dark fruits coupled with a nice complexity. One of the better beers from these guys.

Brown red color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of dark fruits, spices, caramel, light vanilla, and alcohol. Taste of spices, some dried fruits, sweeter malts, with dry, lightly alcoholic finish.

Pours a garnet color from tap with a thin head. Beautiful aroma of diesel. Taste is a bit thin for my taste. A few spice notes but they have a habit of running away and hiding.
