hellbilly (912), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA Jun 28, 2008 draft in gettysburg... hazy golden yellow pour with a thin white head and light drippy lacing. aroma of honey, lemon, light yeast and grassiness. it smells very fresh but mild. the flavor is the same with a dry, herbal, grassy ’pils’ finish. not bad. i’d drink this all day in the arizona summer... blindeyedbetty (99), Arlington, Virginia, USA Apr 20, 2008 12 oz. bottle poured filmy apricot orange with tight white head which quickly dissipated leaving little to no lacing. More carbonated than I anticipated. Fresh lemon and herb aromas; somewhat "earthy" with a highlight of citrus blossom. Front palate is hoppy with citrus, yeasty middle and clean piney finish with hoppy aftertaste. Much hoppier than I had expected but was an excellent companion to an herb-crusted chicken. Would recommend even though it didn’t really jibe with my idea of a traditional "pilsner." stegosaurus (1883), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA May 24, 2007 On draft at Capones. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus and grassy hops. The flavor is bitter, citrus, and a little thin. Not a bad pilsner, but an easily forgettable brew. JB175 (1364), Holland, Pennsylvania, USA May 10, 2007 Golden color with a small head and a light, grainy aroma. Flavor was a bit tart and cheap. Not really good at al. coldbrewky (503), Saugerties, New York, USA Apr 20, 2007 An abomination of a beer. This does not resemble a czech pilsner. More of a coors lager.
