tbookman (618), Ephrata, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 10, 2001 Rather blah wheat - nothing special. Flavor is very watery & unimpressive.
bigrond (860), factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 13, 2008 I didn’t care for this one. It wasn’t a good representation of its style, but beyond that.....it was just hard to drink.
I won’t go looking for that one. Beer_Hawk (673), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA Aug 1, 2008 Bottled Mar ’08. Poured a cloudy yellow with a fizzy white head that settles quickly. Body appears high carb. Bread, wheat and light citrus in the aroma. Slightly sweet flavor of malts with light citrus. Light and crisp but just does not do it for me. hellbilly (837), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA Jun 28, 2008 tap in gettysburg... pours clear to a bit hazy golden yellow color with a thin white head. smells of lightly sweet cereal grain with some earth, wheat and lemon. there’s not much else going on the flavor but i do get a lot of honey on the finish and aftertaste. light to medium body. feels lively on the tongue. webjedi (247), Silver Spring, Maryland, USA May 18, 2008 (abbreviated review, due to short notes) Very wheaty, buttery, like a dry wheat husk/shell Cruzan59 (130), Lititz, Pennsylvania, USA May 8, 2008 On tap at TJ Rockwell’s, E-town, PA...not much going on with this wheat...faint musty aroma with some citrus...flavor was somewhat like Blue Moon with a little more hint of orange...very thin mouthfeel...not terrible if you plan on drinking a bunch on a warm day.
