martinboer (1284), Amsterdam, Netherlands Jul 7, 2008 On tap at de Beiaard. Light yellow body with almost no head. Nose of freshly cut apples. Tastes very sweet, too sweet for me, with a tart finish. Not really bad but won’t have again. Bragesnak (974), Aarhus, Denmark Jul 6, 2008 From Quilez, Barcelona, Spain.

White-yellow with no head. Aroma of green apples and carbonation. Flavor is medium sweet of ripe apples but with less other notes. High carbonation. gam (464), brisbane, Australia Jun 21, 2008 Large frothy head on a good yellow pour, some brisk carbonation rising.Aroma, cinnamon, apple, orange peel, malty note, nutmeg.Flavour apple sweetness, woody sensation, cinnamon, orange marmalade.Woody taste gives it a nice edge, spicey, nutmeg like.Finish, sweet woody taste dry. yespr (5521), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 12, 2008 RB BE #800: 25 cL bottle. Pours murky orange with a bubblye white head. Spiced and yeasty apple aroma. Mouthfeel is flat. Flavour is mild spiced and with a light applenote to a strange wheat/spelt like base. Holds a distinct spice note. Ends medium to light acidic apple flavoured. Strange and nothing I could drink much of. bhensonb (2713), Woodland, California, USA Jun 3, 2008 25 cl bottle. Ritual observed. Hazy gold color with a sturdy beige/tan head. Aroma is apple, but a bit soapy. Medium body with creamy fizzy carbonation. Flavor is apple, but there’s something soapy/odd here. Sweet juice/bitter skin. It’s not really working well for me. It might be great except for that soapy aspect. Which seems to be wearing off with time. Still, not the best experience. The post-finish feel is not all that bad.
