COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A naturally cloudy wheat beer with a subtle sweetness of ripe apples. The serving ritual - half-fill glass, then swirl bottle and top-up glass - this gives the beer its full palette of flavours and unique cloudiness.

Very sweet and perfumey nose, with obvious apple notes. Hazy light yellow body with a very small white head. Sweet flavor, with a lots of artificial apple flavor. Smell and tastes like ol’ grandma!

An unclear light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is very sweet with light notes of apples. The flavor is also very sweet with a strong apple presence, but also notes of chewing gum. It seems a bit artificial.

This beer has less colour in it than my uri*e in the morning! It does however have a nice, longlasting head and one shouldn’t expect this beer to pour any differently. I smell apples, oranges, coriander and some spices together with the expectable yeast. The taste is fully what to expect from the aroma. Nice and sweet with bitterness that could originate from the apples. I could easily belittle this beer, but I’m going out on a limb here by saying, that this beer is quite a refreshing alternative to witbier in the summer and not as indifferent, as so many other fruitbeers. Not so much as a beer to savour; more a beer to quench one’s thirst. I’ll bag this beer again on a hot sunny day!

Bottled, unfiltered. Aroma of soft apples, yeast, some coriander, bit fishy. Hazy, pale yellow, white head, fair lace. Very sweet with sour apples, light bitterness, sparkling, refreshing, thin - especially in the finish.

Draught Fully hazy, light-yellow beer; ultra dense & fine, just off-white head. There’s apple... yes... there’s a bl**dy hell more bl**din’ coriander! Soupy to put it mildly. Again coriander dominating everything, the palate excepted: here I find very sweet, yellow apples, even dried ones from last years’ harvest. Sticky, cloying. Inexisting refreshing qualities. Even the apples’ denomination is usurped. Let alone the "Bock" sound.
