A naturally cloudy wheat beer with a subtle sweetness of ripe apples. The serving ritual - half-fill glass, then swirl bottle and top-up glass - this gives the beer its full palette of flavours and unique cloudiness.

Pours a pale yellow-orange color with a thin white head. Aroma of apples, coriander and yeast. Flavor is mostly apple juice with a touch of spice and yeast. Too sweet for my tastes.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are malt, apple and notes of citrus. Quite refreshing but not the best fruit beer I have had.

Sampled on draft at Smokin’ Joe’s in Pittsburgh PA this beer poured a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head that produced good lacing. The aroma was dry, musty and peppery with fairly strong notes of apple and pear. The flavor was tart apples, oregano, pepper, bread and faint mustiness. The finish was long with apple and oregano lingering. Medium body. Odd but decent.

bottle, yellow colour with nice white head. Smell: apple, sweet. Just like the taste: apple, sweetness, a bit subtile sourness mixed with flavour of a belgian white.

Not a great beer at all, not terrible, I wouldnt buy it again. I was expecting substantially more. way too fruity. its dry finish was the only saving grace

Bottle, 25 cl. Hazy, cloudy beer with a medium beautiful white creamy head that lasts. Aroma of apple, light sweet and grainy. Taste is apple on the foreground for sure, mixed with the grainy taste of the Witbier (Blanche de Namur in this fact), with a light sweet taste on the background.Although this beer doesn’t have a devastating pallet at all, it tastes natural and not industrial, which makes this beer differ from other fruit beers. Or gives the good example to Hoegaarden how to mix Witbier with fruits.

Bottle at Gollem II. Hazy light yellow colour with a dense white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, some sweet apples. Flavour is soft, sweet, there’s a good witbier base underneath (probably Blanche de Namur), but it’s overpowered by the sweet apple taste. Finishes sweet. Light bodied.

Bottle:   Pale yellow, very thick, huge pillowy white head, good retention, spotty lacing.   Spiced apple nose, somewhat witbier like in that its spicy.   Perhaps a little bit of corriander, lavender, and wheat malt.   Not as apple like on the tongue, well somewhat.   Reminds me of those soft apple crisps, with a touch of cinnamon.   In this case its lavender and corriander.   Certainly wheaty, also has a mealy sort of sweetness.   Rather sweet it is, but not cloying.   Tiz sticky tho. &nbps Full bodied, moderate mouthfeel.   Sweet finish, candy apples and soft spices.   I think had this one been tart versus sweet it would have been a much better beer.   Tiz okay otherwise.
