Commercial Description:
A naturally cloudy wheat beer with a subtle sweetness of ripe apples. The serving ritual - half-fill glass, then swirl bottle and top-up glass - this gives the beer its full palette of flavours and unique cloudiness.

Tasted like appletize, which isn’t a bad thing. Apples. pommes, apples, pommes. Refreshing on a roaster of a day, but then again I don’t get many of them.

25 cl bottle, bought in shop in Oostende. Hazy yellowish color, big white creamy head. Aroma is apple and spices (ginger?). Flavor is apple and ginger, with fine sweetness. Very refreshing, and actually very drinkable.

On tap at de Beiaard. Light yellow body with almost no head. Nose of freshly cut apples. Tastes very sweet, too sweet for me, with a tart finish. Not really bad but won’t have again.
