Comments: Starting quite sweet, but getting drier in the finish. Fairly biting sour grip.

Cask Stillage at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 05/08/2010 (3 on the GBBF sweet/medium/dry scale) Fruity aroma. Light golden coloured and a little hazy in appearance. Fruity with a dry slight tannin finish.
