Bottle at Paul’s tasting. Pours clear yellow. Fresh apples, medium sweetness, a hint of acidic tartness, and some light musty-ish notes. Very drinkable, and pretty damn good.

Sample at the winery alongside the draft that I had tried the previous night on tap at Newburgh Brewery. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Soft sweetness, crisp apple. Crisp apples with a nice tartness and some light acid. Light sweetness, more tart acid and a touch of apple into the finish. Tasty stuff.
