Bottled. Vintage 2006. Hazy dark golden coloured. Barnyard, okay vanilla, rubber and fire aroma. The same notes in the flavour. Rather sweet, but it gets drier towards the finish. Nice.

Apr 6, 2008 Bottle. 75cl. [Tasting @ Ølbaren, Copenhagen]. Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood, sweet sourness. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (110308)

Mar 21, 2008 Bottled, vintage 2006, sampled March 2008. A hazy light golden cider with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of both apples and wood. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples as well as medium notes of wood. It has a medium adidity, a good body, and a dry finish.

Mar 16, 2008 Tasting at Ølbaren 2008.03.11 - Thanks Thomas_E for sharing. Hazy golden with a nice head. The aroma has notes of barnyard, sourness and fermenting apples. The flavour has notes of barnyard, sweetness, damp cellar and overripe apples. I suppose this type of cider is wasted on me - but I might learn to like it better one day.
