Mar 13, 2008 75 cL bottle, thanks to Thomas_E. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Phenol intense aroma, light apple fruity. Light smoked note. Phenol, medium dry apple flavour. Smooth and yet distinct flavoured. Nice smoked and apple finish.

Mar 11, 2008 Bottled. Vintage 2006. Hazy dark golden coloured. Barnyard, okay vanilla, rubber and fire aroma. The same notes in the flavour. Rather sweet, but it gets drier towards the finish. Nice.

Mar 21, 2008 Bottled, vintage 2006, sampled March 2008. A hazy light golden cider with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of both apples and wood. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples as well as medium notes of wood. It has a medium adidity, a good body, and a dry finish.

Astringent apple aroma and traces of horse blanket. Medium body with a heavy carbonation, dry apple notes and an astringent, leathery finish. A classic farmhouse cider. 110308
