thewolf (11158) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUN 28, 2009
Bottle, bought @ Vinoble, Varde.
Pours hazy yellow with a fizzy, white head that soon disappears. Aroma has good oak, red apples, light sweetness. Light, prickly carbonation, a bit fat mouthfeel. Lots of dry wood in the flavour, along with red apple sweetness. A bit of tartness in the finish. Good dryness, but the oak is just a bit too much.

Bottled, vintage 2006, sampled March 2008. A hazy light golden cider with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of both apples and wood. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples as well as medium notes of wood. It has a medium adidity, a good body, and a dry finish.

Maria (10136) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAR 16, 2008
Tasting at Ølbaren 2008.03.11 - Thanks Thomas_E for sharing. Hazy golden with a nice head. The aroma has notes of barnyard, sourness and fermenting apples. The flavour has notes of barnyard, sweetness, damp cellar and overripe apples. I suppose this type of cider is wasted on me - but I might learn to like it better one day.
