Mar 21, 2008 Bottled, vintage 2006, sampled March 2008. A hazy light golden cider with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of both apples and wood. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples as well as medium notes of wood. It has a medium adidity, a good body, and a dry finish.

Mar 16, 2008 Tasting at Ølbaren 2008.03.11 - Thanks Thomas E for sharing. Hazy golden with a nice head. The aroma has notes of barnyard, sourness and fermenting apples. The flavour has notes of barnyard, sweetness, damp cellar and overripe apples. I suppose this type of cider is wasted on me - but I might learn to like it better one day.
