Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, rubber, wood. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20090501]

Bottle 75 cl. Almost clear golden with a handsome white head. Somewhat astringent, peely and leathery aroma. Light body, sweet apple notes, heavy carbonation, again somewhat leathery astringent but never really sour. Very pleasant and quaffable. 010509

Medium bodied, lively carbonation, dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor countered with good acidic. Lingering dry sour apple finish.
