Sample at a Systembolaget tasting. Earthy, funky smell with wood and earth cellar notes. Taste leans more towards apples with the other aromas in the background. Nice! Would have never thought it was 4%.

Bottle at Jan & Charlottes tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte Pours gold with just a rim of bubbles the head had departed quite swiftly. Nice aroma a bit woody, earthy apple, sweeter than expected, soft in the mouth. Juicy apples also showing, bit of tangerine. Nice stuff. A7 A4 T7 P3 Ov15 3.6

Bottle 750ml. @ UK-SCO Tasting in Ulfborg.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, horse blanket, barnyard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, late finish is dry. Flavor is a bit funny first: stabel - barnyard, second: sweet, third: dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110409]

Bottle. [Courtesy of Thomas_E] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Cloudy golden colour. Spar lacework. Fresh apple with notes of sweet fruit. Also hint of dusty feel with light notes of yeast as well. Light bodied with a somewhat thin texture and an average carbonation. Light sweet and acidic flavour. Light fresh like apple finish.

Corked bottle
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is acceptable, with some ripe apples, wood, acidity. Dry and quite astringent mouthfeel, feeling of ripe red apples, woody. Pleasant, with a nice woody touch, but missing some character.

Bottle, bought @ Vinoble, Varde.
Pours hazy yellow with a small, frothy off-white head that turns into a thin ring around the edge of my glass. Aroma has light tart apple; mostly green. It is not particularly powerful, though. Light carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is fresh, green apples, some oak. Fresh, lightly tart and rather elegant. Just not that powerful.
