COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
この度、発売いたします「ベルジャンIPA」はベルギー・トラピスト酵母のフルーティさとアメリカンIPAの特徴である柑橘系の香りに爽快な苦味を加味したビールです。 ベルジャン酵母はホームブルーイング用に販売されている小パックの輸入品を入手し、秋田今野商店(秋田県が誇る酵母メーカー)で培養したものです。 ボディはピルスナーモルトの割合が90％と軽め、IBU(苦味の数値)85という数値はもちろん当社では初めての領域ですが、アルコール感もあり飲み応えあるビールに仕上がりました。

Draught at the Eni-Bru 4th Anniversary Celebration. Deep red-amber color with no head. Dry Belgian yeast aroma, fruity, with amber malt, caramel, cherry. Flavor gives caramel, pomegranate (really like concentrated, stewed pomegranate), dry earth. The fruit is huge and condensed, and a bit strange. Like a hoppy, fruity, Belgian amber. Interesting and nice, with a bit of menthol and pine from the hops. Could be better attenuated.
