Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. A murky brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of oxidation, malt, and caramel. The flavor is a combination sweetness and acidity with notes of caramel, leading to a dry bitter and bready finish. Get rid of the acidity, then it will work.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Lightly sweet aroma of roasted malt. Medium body with sweetish roasted malt and a little burned caramel. Rather vague tartness and a very subdued bitterness. 200908

<i>Bottled, thanks Fukito! </i> Clear mahogany, rich firm head. Aroma of toffee and coffee. Sweet and near full bodied with rounded rather soft mouthfeel. Plenty of butterscotch. Cottony, warming and thoroughly pleasant, but not very complex.

Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is malts, some wood and fruits along with some semi-roasted notes. Flavour is wood, grass, mild licorice, big time roasted malts with some sour notes. A rather different kind of bock, but still nice.
