Panzerfaust (375), Santiago, Chile Oct 22, 2007 Pours a very dark reddish brown color. Head is small, beige and mostly diminishing. It leaves a small lacing.
Aroma is malty with notes of toasted bread, caramel, molasses, tobbacco and butterscotch. I like the smokey hints.
Flavor is intense, sweet with notes of caramel, molasses, brown sugar and toasted traces diminished by a big alcoholic presence.
Big body, light carbonation. Ending is sticky and leaves a sweet aftertaste. Lots of alcohol. This would be better if toned down a little.

Sourish-salty, roasted-malty flavor with medium bitterness. Medium-bodied, low-carbonated palate. Slightly thinner than a doppelbock, but that was to be expected. Quite nice.
