3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Well, this one was about 1 year old, and it has definitely become better I think. Pours a very hazy dark amber color and a big fizzy white head that diminishes slowly.
Aroma is nice, rich with a balanced malty flavor with hoppy undertones. Grainy notes of barley, wheat, bread and hints of almonds, hazelnuts and ripe fruits. The hops give a refreshing grassy and cannabis-like trace.
Flavor is sweet, intense with a great nutty finish with some spices. Complex notes of almonds, pistachio nuts, caramel, dry aprictos and vanilla.
Medium body, smooth and gente mouthfeel. Light carbonation. The finish is long and tasty. Cereally aftertaste. A wonderful beer from Araucana.

Appearance: coppery dark color. Medium head, of color beige and of low consistency.
Aroma: Sweet, highly candied, with touches of toffe and vanilla. The hop gives a floral note. Reminiscences of honey.
Flavor: Similar to the aroma, intensity of the candy of the toasted malts, toffe, honey and vanilla. Presence acceptable of hop. Sweet begin to finalize in an agreeable dryness of hop.
Palate: medium body and slight carbonation.
Advisable beer of a very nice village: "El Bolson ".
