Fluffy lasting tan head. Malty, sweet, smooth, strawberry cream, cake, scent. I want to eat it with a spoon for dessert! Big, sweet, malty, fruity, alcohol, grainy taste, nice!!! Smooth mouthfeel, low to medium bitterness. Even better with sediment poured in. 9/4/9/4/18=4.4
