Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, vanilla and some grass. Flavour is wood, vanilla, some tropical fruits and mild notes of nuts. Wellbalanced and easy-to-drink.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm, 1 Feb 2008) Amberish ruby colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with red berries and caramel. Malty taste with notes of red fruit, caramel and a discreet, dry bitterness in the finish. Smooth mouthfeel. Not very bitter, but nicely balanced and very drinkable.

Pale amber color; medium beige head, creamy but goes away fast. Aroma is sweet of malts, honey and bread. Flavor is dry but sweetish with notes of lemon and peach. Light body

Bottled at Monks Café, Stockholm. Hazy amber colour with a small white foam. Peaches, hay, soap and resin in the aroma. Clean but still quite yeasty flavour of caramel, toffee sauce, apricot and soap. Medium-bitter finish of tangarine and orange-peels with touches of soap, raw yeast, caramel and hay.
