Una cerveza muy muy fresca que nos hace recordar a las mejores cervezas alemanas,de una frescura sin igual, supera a cualquier cerveza de la zona y a muchas de europa. Una cerveza de una gran calidad.

Hazy yellow brown, mild head. Appreciable sweet, freshly milled grain nose with discernable melanoidins and perhaps caramunich. Body is grainy, a bit flat, and has a peculiar sawdust tannic note. This lager is well-crafted, unique, and definitely held my interest.

Bottled@Monks Cafe, Wallingatan, Stockholm. Slightly hazy golden colour with mediumsized white creamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is wheat, zest, some herbs and mild notes of banana. Flavour is zesty, dark dry fruits, some wheat, caramel malts and mild vanillaish notes.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy golden colour with a fluffy lasting white foam. Cereals, dried oranges, minerals and hay in the fresh aroma. Medium to light-bodied with notes of straw, dried oranges, minerals, mild banana and vanilla. Dryish finish with low a bitterness of oranges, yellow fruits and cereals. Refreshing!

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Hazy straw colour, small head .Sweetish soft and mild, very low on bubblegummy banana esters but the welcoming soft malt refreshes. Fruity and spritzy with medium body. Low bitterness. Refreshing and uncomplicated.

Appearance: blond color. Little head, but persistent and white color. Aroma: evidently wheat smells, reminiscences of citric fruits (lemon mainly) and yeasty. Floral hoppy. Flavor: wheat and pale malts, yeasty, citric-fruity like lemon and grapefruits. Light hoppy finish, belated dryness. Malty, yeasty and bubble gum aftertaste. Palate: light body and watery texture. Medium carbonation. Refreshing beer, very yeasty (not hefeweizen, mainly because not banana nor vanilla touch), simple and without personality.
