Clear, golden color. Small white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity with notes of anice, peach, corn and bread. Flavor is watery, sweet, hoppy but a bit tart with hints of nutmeg and lemon. Flatly carbonated, medium finish.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a lightly hazy golden color. Head is medium, white and thin. It leaves a tiny lacing.
Aroma is malty, mainly of grains, straw and wheat with a little of a lemony edge. It is not very strong, but it’s not offensive and it fits the style.
Flavor is mild, grainy with medium sweetness and no bitterness. There are notes of cereals, straw, water and a touch of fruits. Agreeable.
Light bodied, refreshing. Low carbonation, no alcohol percievable. Watery finish and dry grainy aftertaste. Nice Lager.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled, thanks Fukito! Hazy pale golden, small head. Grassy hops fight with buttery malt for attention. Medium sweet and light bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Fresh and pleasant, very thirst quenching. More flowery than expected from a pilsener - I would have guessed it to be a golden ale. Any way it is a really good beer.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle - February 2005
Pours Golden with a medium sized white head that rapidly diminishes. Aroma is pungent and floral, but definitely not from Saaz. Apareance is an slightly hazy golden colour with medium carbonatation. Taste is very fruity for a lager, fine, but completely out of style, with a pungent bitternes, probably from cascade hops. Mouthfeel is smooth and medium bodied. Aftertaste is fruity and short.
This not a pilsner, but not a bad brew neither.
