330ml can poured into a lager glass. Appearance is pale golden with a airy white head that dissipated quickly leaving no lacing. Aroma of grains, honey and alcohol. Flavours of sweet wheat bread and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Palate is medium bodied, slightly sticky texture and average carbonation. Arboga 7.3% is a poor beer, but I have had worse for the style.

Sweet aroma containing honey and grass. Coca-Cola in the taste, some toast bread too. I prefer the 10,2% version - much richer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Burk systembolaget. Inget vidare alls.

Can from Systemboaget. Sweet fruity stifling smell. Boozy with something that reminds me of licourice. Boozy taste, artificial with something that resambles bread. Sweet with very little bitterness. No obvious off flavours though. But I can’t finish this.

Greide såvidt halvparten, resten gikk i rennesteinen.

Can shared at the RBSG presidential suite malt liquor tasting. Sampled right after the 10.2% version. This one pours a clear pale gold with no head. Metallic notes round out the corn and booze, with some sugar for good measure. Light-bodied, with low carbonation. Slightly worse than its higher-ABV counterpart, somehow. The worst thing out of Sweden since IKEA.

Golden. Big, white head. Thick body, below medium carbonation. Sweet and bitter. Alcohol, biscuit and malt flavour. A bit heavy, but more exciting than your average lager.

This has a big head and pours perfectly clear so you know it’s not totally ruined by oxidation at least. It is still just sweet and all kinds of wierd though, just a mess of sweetness and assorted boozy off notes and odd fermentation character. I’d advice pretty strongly against drinking any more than the smallest sample of this but you are welcome to do so anyway in the case of extreme emergency.
