MrChris (110), Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA May 5, 2007 Nice fruit and spice induced nose with a sour ending. Weak white head. Pours a very cloudy light orange in color. Lots and lots of suspended gunk. I better let this funk settle down before I proceed. Fruit and spicy taste a Belgian ale. The taste grows on you by the bottom of the glass. P.S. - Just read the carton indicating to pour 2/3 of the beer, then mix the unfiltered stuff in the remainder of the bottle, then add to your glass.
Gurst (328), Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA Sep 6, 2008 Kind of ugly, dirty yellow color. Lightly tart, with a crisp body. Prominent tastes are sweet malts (cookie and caramel) with a little bit of coriander and lemon thrown in. Aftertaste of spice and sugar lingers. jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Sep 3, 2008 on tap-pours a disappearing white head and cloudy straw color.
