Bottled. Ambery brown colour, small slightly off white head. Aroma is wood, some resin, mildly nutty along with a quite fresh floral tone to it. Also some mild sweet malty notes to balance it up with. Flavour is quite crisp and nice maltiness with some caramel and biscuits to it. This comes in a nice balance with the wooden and resiny notes from the hops, finishing off in a nice mellow bitter grassy and floral way.

Cask at Kingston Beer Festival, a lovely crisp and lively bitter, tawny brown with a malty nose with hints of apple, leading to a firm and nutty body with faint hints of orange juice and gooseberry.

Cask @ Old Fountain. Copper pour with a modest off-white head. Delicate floral hoppiness. A bit of black pepper and tulip bulbs. Mellow candied apple. Lovely spicy flavor. Sweet brown bread and toffee balancing a surprisingly vibrant dirty hoppiness. Flavorful but eminently drinkable. Light body soft carbonation. On cracking form. This is legit.

Una delle bitter più complesse ed interessanti. Aroma fruttato con sentori di luppolo e fiori. Si presenta con un colore arancio, al palato con un corpo medio e un lungo retrogusto. giudizio complessivo positivo.

McWorta (558) - LUXEMBOURG - APR 25, 2014
Copper coloured strongly opalescent, with a large frothy lasting head. Aromas of fresh grass, barnyard, hints of fresh green leaves with some fruityness. Some short livelyness leads to a soft lightly slick texture which develops further with flavour notes of white grapes, some sort of citrus fruits and hints of unripe gooseberries offering a medium body. The finish is at first note short but keeps some light sour-bitter momentum for a while. Interesting beer.
