Served on draft at the Michigan Summer Beerfest, 2010, as part of RBSG festivities. Pours a hazy peach color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of big citrus hops and some stone fruits. The taste is bitter hops with citrus and tropical notes. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

On tap at Arbor Brewing. Pours a lightly hazy golden with a very nice, stable white head. Various hop aromas of citrus, floral, spicy, and grassy hops. Flavors of spicy hops, peppery, floral, grapefruit citrus. Fairly dry. Wasn’t quite expecting it, but it’s actually rather successful.

Draft... Ugly murky straw body... The nose is a bit dank, with yeast and a bit of grapefruit, ok but a touch off on the dank note... Taste is all hops a bit too much, but solid, dank throughout needs to be more balanced

Draft… RBSG 2010… Hazy yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The aromatics offer lots of simcoe earthiness and centennial fruitiness. Butterscotch malt and lupulin galore. Olfactory delight. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. Bitter as you want it. Lots of grapefruit. Earthy and acidic as well. Finishes bitter, acidic and dry.
