Thanks dra19. The color was dark chocolate. The head was thick, fizzy, and medium tan. The aroma was coffee malt, roast, citris, sweet malt, and chocolate. The flavor was coffee, citris, tart, and roast. The palate was average. The finish was clean.

Thanks to Ryan for this one. Black body, fizzy head rose up and then disappeared. Roasted coffee and light chocolate aroma. Flavor is a sour roasted coffee along with a thin body.

Pours a translucent brown in color with no head showing on the pour. Smell is slight coffee and chocolate. Only slight.
Taste is way too sweet. Lactic or maybe infected. Barely enough carbonation to notice. Mouthfeel is thin and unimpressive.

Thanks for sharing SoLan. The initial aroma is sweet coffee and a decent roastiness. The flavor is simply unbearable for me, there is an off putting acidity that reminds me of coffee that has been allowed to sit for far too long. Simply not my thing.

Bottle. A super dark brown color pour with a huge lasting tan head , some light spotty lacing left , medium carbonation. Aroma of coffee, dark roasted malt, and sweet dark chocolate. Flavor is a nice balance of malt ,strong coffee, and bittersweet chocolate , no apparent hop flavors. Medium to full body , creamy mouthfeel with a light bitter coffee/chocolate finish , very drinkable and something I would buy again , better than expected .

Bottle: Pours fairly black with almost no head. Slight aroma of chocolate and coffee (both barely noticable). Smooth drinking (not necessarily a compliment). Not bad.

Three words: WTF. Itís as if they spent all the money on the marketing budget for the labels and then forgot to buy quality ingredients to make the beer. It is near irrational, but nothing disappoints me more than a bad beer, than a bad beer with an awesome label. This just tasted like sour chocolate malts and the coffee McDonaldís tries to serve you at like 3 in the afternoon.

Nice nearly black pour, lingering tan head. Powerful roast coffee aroma. Bitter coffee with quite a bit of carbonation. Some roast malt, but not much. Fairly clean finish, some sourness? Like they tried to combine a Belgian style stout with a cup of espresso. If you like the Belgian stouts, you might like this one. Just ok to me though.

Pitch black pour with half inch tan foam head. Sweet smell, like cola syrup. Thin mouth feel, and slightly carbonated. Predominantly Malty flavor, tastes similar to root beer but more sour. Sour dry aftertaste. The bottle I had may be too old. Look forward to re-rating when itís on tap next year.

Has a decent dark chocolate and black coffee scent. Had a very off really watery taste. Very thin feel. Not a fan.
