Golden colour with a massive cardamom aroma. Somewhat sticky malts and clean on the yeast, and peppered with a blast of coriander and cardamom. Argh, spice-as-a-crutch saison.

500ml bottle from Mouton Rouge Canterbury and drunk at home. Clear pale gold with lasting white head. Saison yeast and hoppy aroma with something else too. Yes spicy. Cardamom seeds comes through and the coriander on the finish. Itís very tasty. The strong hops, the subtle saison yeast and the spices combine into a tasty spicy mouth jumping delight thatís got great condition but remains balanced and drinkable. Tasty. Gets a bit too much towards the finish. A bit cloying.

Bottle 500ml (AbM)
Hazy yellow color, big cloudy white head, lace. Aroma has coriander and giner. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity flavor with evident coriander in it (also Cardamom).. Crisp with some citrusy hoppyness. Donít have enough Saisony character.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with huge, thick, foamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Sweetish-herbal and floral aroma, hints of cardamom and coriander, also a ginger-like touch. Taste is dry herbal, minimally floral, minimally peppery spicy, minimally soapy; lively carbonation.

Bottled (from AbM). Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts along with some spices and herbs (actually none comes through that evident of what spice or herb). Flavour is very smooth of malts and spices/herbs in a good balance, with a slight tone of alcohol sweetness to it. Pleasant to drink.
