Sort of a Red Snapper with a twist (the twist was that someone used the wrong malt so we decided to shake up the hops too and make a whole different brew!) fortunately for them (and for you) it was a delicious mistake. Somewhere between an English Brown and a German Alt. Made with chocolate malt and hopped with crisp German hops.

Murky and slightly dark (in a dark room). A little roast and some strange smoky (light) fruit such as plums, with and ashy astringency. A strange sort of amber ale with light notes of ash, smoke and fruit, that never quite comes together.
